Educational Vision

Education is the heart of community continuity. Over the past decade, I have served as Director of Education, curriculum developer, and faculty mentor—designing dynamic educational programs for K–12 students, teens, and adults. My approach pairs strong pedagogical frameworks with institutional growth metrics, modern EdTech, and deep intergenerational engagement.

Vision Meets Operational Excellence

Transformative learning requires more than inspired curriculum—it demands robust, dependable administrative infrastructure. My leadership bridges big-picture pedagogical vision with meticulous day-to-day execution, ensuring that educational programs operate smoothly, transparently, and sustainably behind the scenes. Having directed religious school programs, managed institutional growth, and partnered across large multi-departmental teams, I bring an organized, systems-driven mindset to congregational learning.

Curriculum Design & Strategic Growth

Directed programs through significant enrollment expansion while revitalizing multi-tiered curricula—from foundational early-grade Judaics and Hebrew through innovative teen academies, fellowship cohorts, and robust adult learning tracks. Every learning pathway is engineered with intentional milestone progression and clear benchmarks.

Transparent Family & Lay-Professional Partnerships

Education thrives when communication is proactive and responsive. I work closely with education committees, lay leadership, and parent bodies to cultivate shared ownership, active feedback loops, and an enduring culture of belonging.

Faculty Mentorship & Team Culture

Supervised, coached, and evaluated teams of up to 40 faculty members and teen teaching assistants (madrichim). I cultivate collaborative, supportive learning environments where veteran teachers feel valued, emerging educators gain actionable classroom management skills, and faculty are equipped to meet diverse learner needs with confidence.

Operational Systems & Workflow Architecture

Built and streamlined core institutional workflows—modernizing b’nai mitzvah scheduling pipelines, centralizing digital communication across platforms like Google Workspace, managing departmental budgets, and establishing predictable, synchronized master calendars.
